• Conduct sensitive site exploitation (SSE), network disruption, and precision kinetic operations

• Cross-border operations within INDOPACOM theater (Primary)
• Global cyber penetration capabilities (Unrestricted)
• Black and white operational modes with deniable footprint
• Authorized for selective Phase 0-3 operations
